I'm starting to see why it's stuck unbonded - a goodhands or ENS could bond it single handedly - but they'd end up holding almost the whole bag. 30k+ forces people to not whale as much.

much better - so this has "only" a 10k Algo curve before it bonds - so we can do this _quick_ if people are paying attention. The tricky bit will be not having a massive whale at the end.
