They are all bigger accounts that do it (bullish.mortal) see this account pop up he is a rugger. So don't invest. They buy 11 percent then dump the bag 1k pre bonding fucking everyone up. Only a dev should ever need more than 5 percent and that's if he has plans for staking and growing the token with giveaways and airdrops and also adding to liquidity. Good hands however is a bull who buys a big chunk and holds he actually is a great assist in helping tokens bond and tends to have a 6th sense for what will go through and what won't.
